Contents	:	Further to the announcment on 30 April 2009 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's letter dated 4 May 2009, Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad ("ITCB" or "the Company") wishes to provide the following additional information :-
		1. The effect of the loss on disposal on ITCB is a loss of RM0.004 (0.4 sen) per share.
		2. The proceeds from disposal is proposed to be utilized to reduce bank borrowings of ITJSB.
		3. The net loss after tax and the net tangible asset of ITJSB based on its latest audited financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2008 are RM336,475 and RM1,078,237 respectively.
		4. The disposal consideration was arrived at willing buyer willing seller basis after taking into consideration the following:-
		- the audited net tangible asset of ITJSB as at 31 December 2008 amounting to RM1,078,237
		- ITJSB's losses for the past three years and its current operations which is expected to make losses for the current financial year ending 31 December 2009.
